Not so long time ago one of the main points of interest in Hua Hin, Thung Sam Roi Yot Freshwater Marsh, was closed for tourists, because of prevention accidence facilities issues. The main attraction of this place is Bueng Bua Wood Boardwalk located in the middle of Khao Sam Roi Yod National Park that everyone can see the beauty of the park from its heart. You can see mountain ridges especially beautiful on sunset and the largest freshwater marsh in Thailand.

A big part of a wooden pass across the marsh was broken and even the part opened for tourists was not safe because some planks were missing. Before the touristic season, it was decided to close the boardwalk at all for refurbishment.

At the end of December, the Bueng Bua Nature Observation Centre was opened for local visitors so they could enjoy the lotus ponds in bloom from the renovated wooden boardwalk. After the New Year, the observation center was opened for everyone. It was decided to use one more measurement, a life jacket, for safe boat trips which are also popular in that area.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park you can find a place which would be interesting for you as it is rich in various natural landscapes. As an option, you can combine The Bueng Bua Wooden Boardwalk and the famous Phraya Nakhon Cave.
