Not so long ago, one of the main points of interest in Hua Hin, Thung Sam Roi Yot Freshwater Marsh, was closed to tourists due to the accident issues. The main attraction is Bueng Bua Wood Boardwalk which is located in the heart of Khao Sam Roi Yod National Park, offering sublime views of the surrounding nature. Sunsets are particularly beautiful as the colors dance on the largest freshwater marsh in Thailand.

Over time, a large part of the wooden crossing over the marsh deteriorated and became unsafe for visitors to walk on, resulting in the temporary closure of the boardwalk for renovations.

At the end of December, the Bueng Bua Nature Observation Centre was opened for local visitors so that they could enjoy the lotus ponds in bloom from the renovated wooden boardwalk. After the New Year, the observation center was opened for everyone. It was also decided that a life jacket was necessary for safety during boat trips around the area.

A great attraction for locals and tourists alike, Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park offers a host of recreation and sightseeing and is rich in natural beauty. Visitors can combine a trip to Bueng Bua Wooden Boardwalk and the famous Phraya Nakhon Cave for an unforgettable experience.
