What do I get with a FREE listing?

A FREE listing is one of the advertising options we offer. It is a single listing that appears in the search results for the category and location nominated in the explore section and the map. The FREE listing package contains a featured image, location and “Get Directions” button, simple contact details and a contact form. Website links and working times are also featured in a single listing.

What do I need to list on

Listing on is FREE with a basic set of options. All you need is to have one image that best represents your business and you need your business to be listed on Google Maps. Those two fields are mandatory when you are adding a listing.

How to upgrade my membership package?

If you already have an account and a FREE business listing package, you can upgrade it to PREMIUM or VIP package by changing it in the billing section accessible through the user account. To upgrade your package you need to have a PayPal account.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time in the billing section of your user account. Canceled subscriptions are not refunded. If you are having problems with cancellation or any other questions regarding paid memberships, please contact us at [email protected]

How can I claim my business if its already posted?

To claim a business listing, ownership verification by phone is required. Simply input a phone number so we can call you back to complete the verification process. When you claim a listing it is by default on a FREE package. If you want to access more advertising tools and premium features, feel free to upgrade your membership.

How can I get additional content for my listing?

If you have a venue, product or service that you want to list on but don’t have any content such as good SEO-friendly text or professional photos, you can request that from us. Just send an email to [email protected] and tell us about your business and what you need.

What are the payment options available?

For the membership packages, PayPal is currently available as a payment gateway but we are working on implementing easier and more convenient options to pay with. For the promotions, events and one-time cost services, we accept direct bank transfers from any Thai bank.
