Hua Hin – Pattaya ferry will be available again from November 2018.
Prachuap Khiri Khan revealed that there are now many Thai and foreign tourists asking for the opening of the ferry across the Gulf of Thailand, Hua Hin – Pattaya and Pattaya – Hua Hin managed by Royal Passenger Line Co., Ltd. after the announcement of the service, ceased from September 20 to October 31, 2018, indicating that the season is very busy. Fewer users are experiencing problems with liquidity. There are problems from the wind waves in the sea, the latest from the staff at the port of Takiab. It is confirmed that from November 1 onward, the company will be open for service before the high season as more tourists are expected to come to Hua Hin. It is more convenient and faster to travel by ferry than by car. In the case of the sea waves, the monsoon wind will be considered as and when appropriate. For security measures, travelers are advised to plan their trip ahead.
Mr. Udom Suk Nisien, President of Tourism Business Association Prachuap Khiri Khan, said that the concessionaire should be able to navigate the service to the customers. And the government should protect the right of people to travel safely. If the company is affected by the loss, it should have a management approach. In the future, we know that the government has built a ferry pier at Pak Nam Pran, Pranburi, with the transportation of both tourists and freight cars to link the tourist routes in the southern provinces. West and East Coast provinces are in support of the Thailand Riviera project.
