Pran Buri National Forest Park located only 25 km in a south direction from Hua Hin.
The history of Pran Buri Forest Park starts in 1982. It was founded by Queen Sirikit’s initiative. She decided to save this natural unique area in the mouth of river Pan Buri because of mangrove forest with its incredible fauna.
It is a very clean and pleasant place for being in contact with nature. Here you can find walk roads and bicycle treks. Also, there is camping areal with all the necessary facilities.
Compare to other touristic places this park is almost always a kind of deserted. That is why it is better to take snacks and drinks with you. When there are only a few visitors the local shops are closed.
The most interesting part of the Park is a Mangrove Forest with a walking road which is built along the whole forest. Also, there are few elevated viewpoints along the walking road, so you can see the panoramic view of the park.
What is more, here is a beach area where you can swim or take a sunbath. It is also very clean and isolated. Please, note that there are no chaise lounges or sun umbrellas, so take something with you.
